Major Update(s)!

So, over the past few days, the other D.I.Cs and I have been chatin' it up, and, we've decided to take the second, "Uber Imperative Development Step", now.

What in the fuck am I talkin' bout? Well you see...during week three of S&S development, I discarded the narrative elements of CoC (Corruption of Champions), like the well used, yet, sexy prostitute it is; replacing the narrative elements with something distinct, and all Sins & Sovereigns' own. Now; I'm kickin' some mechanical aspects of NWoD to the curb as well, which, will be another mile stone in the road to make Sins & Sovereigns it's own game...

With the assistance of a fellow D.I.C, I the D.H.I.C, will be devoting much of this, and next week, to implement/revise, new/old, mechanical aspects of S&S. When the dust clears after the two of us are done brutally jack-hammering the system, S&S will be packin' a more lean, streamlined, and sexier, d10 system, something that you'd be proud to show off to your friends/lover(s) and take turns playing with, or, getting into a group and playing Sins & Sovereigns together; passing it around the table, having your way with it an wut-not.

After this, we'll be making numerous revisions to existing content to keep things in line with the updated Rules/Master Documents, then, we'll be well on the road to kicking off play-testing...then...a surprise! :3

Special Note: I heavily considered the use of the d20 system, as it was something a great many people were familiar with, but, it is far too rigid for the purposes of Sins & Sovereigns. The d20 system simply doesn't offer the freedom that others do, and a full d20 overhaul would not only be a pain in the ass, but, it'd be far too restrictive to the players, who for the most part, are accustomed to d20. The other choice was, d100, which would have been viable, but, what we had already was fine, so a custom d10 mechanical baseline for S&S is gonna be far more than "just fine."
